Permanent financing is a first mortgage (fee of leasehold basis) that has a term of at least five years and replaces the existing mortgage or is obtained after completion of construction (repay the construction loan).

Construction Loans

Short term, interim loan used for financing the cost of construction. The lender advances funds to the builder at periodic intervals as work progresses. If you’re interested in obtaining a new construction loan from Allied, contact us today.

Credit Tenant Lease Financing

Credit Lease Financing enables borrowers seeking up to 100% financing for single-tenant properties that are net leased to investment grade tenants. The underlying credit and the ability for the tenant to pay rent are the underwriting criteria.
